Stainless steel overall layout and technical advantages
The stainless steel project adopts a number of patented and proprietary technologies with independent intellectual property rights. Based on the development concept of low carbon, environmental protection and energy saving, it produces low-cost clean molten steel through RKEF hot hot charging, AOD-L and desilicification converter, hot feed of continuous casting billet and wide double-furnace coiling mill, thick slab stainless steel continuous casting and rolling, and direct treatment of stainless steel coil without landing, etc. The new concept model of high-end stainless steel production has been constructed, which will achieve the development goals of short process flow, good energy saving effect, good environmental protection performance and strong market competitiveness.
